From Installation to Maintenance - LMP Has You Covered!
Call us today for a greener tomorrow!
Landscape components, hardscapes and softscapes, serve to accent the exterior of a commercial property or community. The construction of a landscape installation as well as enhancements to the existing landscape are comprised of creating an aesthetic backdrop that adheres not only to design principles, but incorporates sound environmental practices which protect wildlife, water ways, and mitigates the erosion of air and soil qualities. From planting a tree to transforming a property, LMP is well versed in the installation of new construction landscapes and site improvements having over three decades experience in both.
Beginning with a review of the architectural designs, LMP will develop a project plan and timeline that will encompass site preparation including (a) protecting or removing existing materials, (b) rough grading to achieve the shape and/or slope of the area, (c) amending the existing soil to improve pH values, drainage, and typical soil conditions, (d) prepping for and installing vital irrigation components, (e) installing the plant material including trees, and top dressing where necessary to ensure weed suppression, moisture conservation, and the erosion of the soil, and (f) providing for a post installation maintenance routine inclusive of maintenance, irrigation checks, and integrated pest management to ensure the longevity and vitality of the materials.
